Important Guidelines:
N.B.:
  1. Please pay Rs. 400 for the Application Form and cost of counseling.
  2. The true copies of the following documents, duly attested must be attached with the application for admission, otherwise the application may not be considered:
  1. As evidence of age, please submit self-attested copy of the HSLC Certificate / Admit Card.
  2. Applicant's Aadhaar need to be uploaded along with age proof (merged as single image).
  3. Character Certificate from Head of the Institution in which the candidate last studied.
  4. Mark sheets and Pass certificates of Examinations passed (HSSLC, HSLC).
  5. Certificate of Permanent Residence from Deputy Commissioner or Sub-divisional Officer(Civil).
Please note that
  • Candidates will be on 3(three) months probation. If found suitable, they will be allowed to continue, if not, their candidature will be terminated by the Superintendent of Hospital or Principal of Nursing Training Center.
  • Only unmarried girls may apply.
  • Minimum age for admission is 17 (seventeen) years and maximum age 30 (Thirty) years on 31st December, 2026 (As per Govt. order)
  • Only parents/local guardian can visit the students on the specified date & time in the campus.
  • Minimum qualification required: H.S.S.L.C. or (10 + 2) passed from CBSE/ICSE/AHSEC or from a recognised equivalent examination.

  1. The application form consists of two pages. Candidate has to first register on this page in order to start filling up the application form. A valid email-id and a valid mobile number are required to be provided during registration as otherwise the user wont receive the registration OTP.
  2. After both the pages are submitted, the candidate will have to make a payment of Rs. 400.00 for the Application Form and the cost of counseling. Otherwise, the application will not be accepted.
  3. On the first page, candidate must upload scanned images of:
    1. A Passport sized photograph of himself/herself on a light background (min. dimensions: 150px by 150px)
    2. Father's/Legal Guardian's Signature (min. dimensions: 250px by 50px)
    3. Candidate's signature (min. dimensions: 250px by 50px)
  4. On the second page, candidate is required to upload scanned images of duly attested true copies of the following documents:
    1. As evidence of age, self-attested copy of the HSLC Certificate/Admit CardAs evidence of age, self-attested copy of the HSLC Certificate/Admit Card having the candidate's DOB. A birth certificate is not accepted.
    2. Applicant's Aadhaar need to be uploaded along with age proof (merged as single image).
    3. Character certificate from the Head of the Institution in which the candidate last studied (optional)
    4. HSLC Pass Certificate and Mark Sheet
    5. HSSLC Pass Certificate and Mark Sheet
    6. Certificate of Permanent Residence from the Deputy Commissioner or Sub-divisional Officer(civil)
  1. All documents should be uploaded only in .jpg or .jpeg format and must have sufficient clarity.
  2. File-size of photograph image should be less than 30KB.
  3. File size of signature image should be less than 10KB.
  4. Please use either Black ink or Dark-Blue ink on a White background for the Signature.
  5. Documents for Age-Proof & Aadhaar, Character Certificate, Pass-Certificates, Marks-sheets & Certificate of Permanent Residence(PRC) / Gaoburha's Certificate for Permanent Residence should have file-size less than 1MB.
  6. On the first page, after each image is selected, a preview of the image would be shown on the page itself. Candidate has to check if the clarity and resolution of the image-preview is sufficient. If candidate is dissatisfied with the clarity and resolution of the image, he/she should select an image with a better resolution.
  7. On the second page, candidate has to preview each image after it is uploaded by clicking on the "View" button. If not satisfied he/she has to upload the image again. After making the final submission on this page, candidate will not be able to change the images again.
Please note that
  1. Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances for any refund/reversal/chargeback and any other reasons.
  2. Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
  3. Fees once paid which are non-refundable for any reason or any other clause of Indian Red Cross Society.
Registration
Note:
  • Password length must be between 8 and 20 characters long & should contain at least one capital letter,one small letter,one number and one special character among '^£$%&*()}{@#~?><>,|=_+¬-.
  • Valid Email ID & Mobile No. must be provided for OTP verification.
  • If OTP is not received in the Mail Inbox then candidate should check the spam folder.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Selection of candidates for admission into the ANM course is completely on merit basis.
  2. The decision by the Selection Committee, IRCS, GDB will be the last and final decision.
  3. The Committee has the authority to cancel an applicant's candidature for any valid reason.


PRIVACY POLICY:

  • The data and personal information given by the applicant will be used only for ANM Nursing Admission, Session, 2026–27 in Red Cross Nursing Training Centre, Indian Red Cross Society, Guwahati District Branch. This data will not be used for any other reason by IRCS GDB. We will not share your data or information with any third party.
